Ember subscriptions (Plus and Gold VIP) automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage Subscription — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access to your paid tier until then.
Because Ember provides digital access that is granted immediately upon payment, subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@emberdating.online and we'll review your case.
