Ember is for people aged 18 and older. Underage accounts and any child sexual abuse or exploitation material or conduct are prohibited. Report concerns in the app or through our contact address. Read our Child Safety Standards.
Do not impersonate others, use stolen photos, harass or threaten people, promote hate, or share non-consensual sexual content. Identity verification is optional for dating access; a blue tick means a member passed Ember's identity check, not that Ember guarantees their safety or intentions.
Do not use Ember for scams, fraud, exploitation, sexual-services solicitation, escort marketplace activity, compensated sexual arrangements, or other unlawful commerce. Be cautious of requests for money, crypto, gift cards or investments, and report suspicious activity.
Meet in public first, tell a friend where you're going, and trust your instincts. You can block or report members from their profile or chat. Blocking is private. A report is reviewed and may lead to action, but it does not automatically cause suspension.
New profile photos stay hidden from other members until moderation checks finish. Photo moderation reviews content; it does not confirm identity. Ember may use automated safety checks and authorised review, but no system detects every risk.
