Ember is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use any part of the service. We verify age at signup and confirm identity with a live selfie plus government-issued ID before your profile becomes visible to other users. Accounts later found to be underage, or that fail identity verification, are suspended immediately and queued for deletion. One account per person.
No harassment, hate speech, scams, impersonation, or sexually explicit content involving minors. Violations lead to bans without refund.
Ember does not process payments in the app. Premium access is granted directly by Ember and can be changed or withdrawn at any time.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Ember is provided "as is" without warranty. Meet people safely — public places, tell a friend, trust your instincts.
